We had a very hard to find purchase in mind and not only did she work with us for weeks but when we finally found the place we were longing for she handled the entire purchase for us remotely since we could not get there. She even arranged for our final signing to take place in our area so we did not have to travel. I highly recommend her in fact we will be purchasing again in the near future and will only have her as our representative.

Working with Taysha was such a joy. She really took to heart what my husband and I were looking for. Paid attention to the little things that each of us liked/disliked about homes and or locations and kept them in mind on later showings. She was proactive, responsive, very professional and all in all fun to work with.

Taysha was professional and helpful in guiding me every step of the way. Her personality was caring and supportive. She was accessible and clear in communicating the process of selling a home and what to expect. When I had questions, she was knowledgeable and informative and answered them in a timely manner. I felt so secure in trusting her to handle the sale of my home, I also bought a business space with her help. We looked at several options for a lengthy period of time until the right one became available. I knew exactly what to expect in taxes, utilities and other costs. In spite of many delays to clear the title (and writing up new buy-sell agreements with new dates), Taysha remained patient and communicated effectively with the seller's real estate professional and kept me apprised of progress.
